The EuPA Education Workshop: Protein Quantitation: Label-free and Chemical Labelling Approaches, the SILAC Methods and the Protein Crosslinking Workshops will all take place on Monday 9 July 2012.
To benefit from a reduced rate workshop fee, you must be fully registered for the congress or as a day delegate on the Monday. Day delegates on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, or those who attend a workshop only will be required to pay the full rate.
Please note, the SILAC Methods Workshop and the Protein Crosslinking Workshop, take place at the same time. Please do not book both.
Roundtable Lunch & Learning Sessions
Roundtable Lunch & Learning Sesssions will take place from 13:00-14:30 hours on Wednesday 11 July 2012 and will cover the following topics: In vivo models, Glycoproteomics, Plant Proteomics, Phosphoproteomics, In vitro peptide labelling, Clinical samples, Data Management, Ubiquitin like Modifiers, Antibody Arrays.
Delegates who are fully registered for the congress or as a day delegate on the Wednesday will be permitted to attend these sessions for the appropriate fee. Day delegates on the Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, will not be permitted to attend these sessions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY
Notifications of cancellation for Registration, Workshops (SILAC, Protein Crosslinking, EuPA Educational), Roundtable Lunch & Learning Sessions and Conference Dinner must be made in writing to the EuPA 2012 Congress Secretariat (fax, letter or email). For cancellations received on or before 18 May 2012, a refund of less GBP £75.00 for administrative costs will be offered. Refunds will be made after the meeting. Cancellations received after the 18 May 2012 will not be entitled to a refund. Name changes however can be made at no additional charge. Accompanying person (minimum numbers are 25) - All cancellations must be made in writing to the EuPA 2012 Congress Secretariat (fax, letter or email). For cancellations received on or before 18 May 2012 a refund of less GBP £35.00 for administrative costs will be offered. Such payments will be made after the meeting. Cancellations received after 18 May 2012 will not be entitled to a refund. Name changes however can be made at no additional charge. The services specified in the tour are available at the time of writing. However, in the event that the services become unavailable for any reasons, or minimum numbers are not met, the tour may be cancelled or another tour offered in its place. If the tour is cancelled, a complete refund will be provided. Such payments will be made after the meeting.
